Abstract: Previously, we identified a metabotropic glutamate receptor 4 (mGluR4) as a potential target for drugs and predicted that activation of mGluR4 could provide a palliative advantage in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Determine the mechanism of action of Rapitalam in vitro on a cell culture with mGluR4 over expression. The HEK293T cell line expressing human mGluR4 was used in the work
