Abstract: In this work, we obtain and certify one-dimensional particles of the composition Bi2Te₂.₇.7Se₀.₃. ofsubmicron size with an atypical growth direction. Further, the influence of the temperature of spark plasma sintering on the grain morphology and size, crystalattice parameters, elemental composition, and density of the samples obtained are investigated
