This article presents comparative results of the developed concept with the use of a direct immediate prosthetics and a group where the postoperative period was managed without it. The concept of bone preservation before implantation allows not only to preserve the volume of its own tissues, but also prevents the development of complications characteristic of traditional methods of bone augmentation
