Abstract: In this study, the sorption of 3-glucosides of six common natural aglicones: delphinidin, cyanidin, petunidin, pelargonidin, peonidin and malvidin, on the surface of anatase was studied in comparison with sorption on the surface of silica gel, as a result, a different order of change in the sorption activity of anthocyanins depending on their structure was found
