Abstract: At present, experiments with the use of ions with an energy on the order of MeV are intended for the application of radiation with a spot size of about one micrometer for material analysis, surface modification, and cell surgery. In this work, the possibility of controlling a beam of accelerated electrons by using a ceramic channel in the case of its inclination both in the vertical and in horizontal planes is demonstrated
