Abstract: The application of implants with bioactive coatings will have a considerable eco- nomical and social effect. The bony tissue regenerative abilities increase with the absence of the body intoxication phenomena and nanopathology development is shown in the paper. The use of innovation methods of allotransplantology makes quick and noninvasive repair of bony structures possible
