Lean construction - an effective management system in the construction industry

Abstract

The paper discusses the possibilities and prospects of using methods and tools of lean construction to improve the arragement of the construction business in the Belgorod region. Lean construction is considered as a system of innovative methods of process management in construction. The use of this system is an effective tool for optimizing the results of work: the time and cost of work is reduced by constantly improving the quality of the final product.
