Abstract: This article presents analysis and proves the use of phase indicating method of the inclinometric control in geotechnical monitoring systems based on analysis of own frequencies of the construction. It is proved that use of accelerometers for control of own frequencies of construction oscillations as integral parameter of the construction condition gives frequency shift towards low frequencies
