Land and natural resources in the constitutional subjects of the Eastern European countries and the regional experience of adaptation of the land use in the reform of land relations

Abstract

The study explores the constitutional positions of Russian Federation and the countries of the Eastern Europe in relation to the land and other natural resources. The analysis of constitutional texts made it possible to identify general and specific constitutional features of the object under study, approaches to its axiological ranking, particularization, structuring, preservation and protection including the possibility of limiting other constitutional rights and institutions
