Abstract: We study the relationship between metabolic syndrome (MS) and urinary disorders. This article shows that MS is a risk factor for cardiovascular disasters, insulin resistance, and androgen deficiency in developed and developing countries. Methods: Patients with MS had statistically significantly more symptomatic on the International Prostatic Symptom Score scale and a lower quality of life index
