Abstract: Reverse-phase HPLC allowed detection of triglycerides (containing palmitoleic acid radicals) in sea buckthorne oil extracted from the parenchyma of the fruit on the background of the conventional triglycerides used as extractants. This allows rapid verification of the authenticity of the oil and detection of adulteration
