Abstract: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most frequent pediatric leukemia; it can be defined according to chromosomic and genomic data. Cytogenetic analyses and determination of chromosomal numbers (such as hypo- or hyperdiploidy) and/or specific chromosomal rearrangements are basic for ALL classification and treatment
