Abstract: The article notes that рuman recombinant erythropoietin is characterised as a factor which stimulates differentiation and proliferation of erythroid precursor cells, and as a tissue protective factor. Erythropoietin is one of the most perspective humoral agents which are involved in the preconditioning phenomenon

Abstract: Diastolic dysfunction (DD) and cardiac dyssynchrony (DS) are involved in the progression of chronic heart failure (CHF). A comparative analysis was conducted of the effect of a 6-month course of nebivolol and bisoprolol on DD, DS and metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) level in patients with ischemic chronic heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and with midrange ejection fraction (HFmrEF), as well as in patients with comorbid type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in the setting of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) after 6 months of therapy

Abstract: A promising compound for the treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases is benzofuracaine (BFC). BFC has pronounced anti-inflammatory, analgesic, reparative, hypoglycemic and other effects. Objective: To assess the influence of benzofuracaine on experimental periodontitis and to study its antidiabetic activity and molecular mechanisms of action

Title: Gender and age differences of compliance in liver transplant recipients
Authors: Kosmacheva, E. D.; Babich, A. E.
Abstract: The aim of the paper was to evaluate the compliance in patients who have undergone orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT). A voluntary anonymous survey was conducted among liver transplant recipients. The control group included patients with chronic non-infectious diseases requiring persistent treatment. Liver transplant patients have higher levels of general, behavioral and emotional compliance compared to patients with chronic diseases. Neither gender nor age differences were identified in any types of compliance
