Abstract: The molecular mechanisms of the pharmacological action of SS-68 were chosen as the focus for this study. From the point of view of molecular pharmacology, SS-68 can be attributed to an antiarrhythmic drug with a mixed type of action2018-01-01T00:00:00ZA new group of compounds derived from 4-, 5-, 6- and 7-aminoindoles with antimicrobial activityStepanenko, I. Abstract: Antimicrobial activity of the substituted amides and pyrroloquinolines on the basis of 4-, 5-, 6-, 7-aminoindoles was etermined in our study, as well as the spectra of their action against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms, which are causative agents of non-specific and certain specific human infectious diseases. Moreover, we evaluated the synthetic potentials of the substituted 4-, 5-, 6-, 7-aminoindoles as the starting compounds for synthesizing a series of indolylamides and pyrroloquinolines. Also, the prospects for targeted synthesis of biologically active compounds based on indole-type aromatic amines were determined2018-01-01T00:00:00ZExperimental and clinical study of the efficacy of medicines containing omega-3 and 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseasesGrebennikova, S. Abstract: Over the recent years, the attention of scientists regarding the search for alternative means of treatment, including local therapy, of inflammatory skin diseases, has been focused in recent years on medicines containing omega-3 and 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). To substantiate the feasibility of using medicines containing omega-3 and 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases2018-01-01T00:00:00ZDisorders of the immune status in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia; differentiated pharmacological correctionShulginova, A.
